• Details you submit through our audit request form: name, business name, email address, telephone number, trade, areas covered, current website, marketing spend range, the problem you describe and your preferred contact method.
• Technical information such as pages visited and approximate location, collected only if you accept analytics cookies.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare your free marketing audit.
• To contact you using the method you selected.
• To keep records of enquiries and the work we carry out.

Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your details or add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Storage and sharing

Form submissions are stored securely in our website database. We use trusted service providers for hosting, email and analytics, who process data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your rights
