Only build pages for areas you cover
If you would not drive there for a survey, the page has no business existing.
Make each one specific
Local housing stock, typical jobs in that area, travel times, and where possible a project you have completed nearby.
Link them sensibly
Each town page should link to the relevant service pages and back to a hub, so both customers and Google can navigate.
Fewer, better pages win
Twenty genuinely useful town pages beat two hundred thin ones, and carry far less risk.
